Eight steps for proper hand washing.
- Rinse your hands and scrub them in a circular motion
- Apply the right amount of soap
- Rub your hands palm to palm
- Rub your palms crossing your fingers
- Rub your fingertips together
- Rub each thumb into the inside of the other hand
- Rinse your hands
- Dry your hands with a cloth or paper
